Commerce National Bank Reports Results for 2012
Bobby Roberts, President & CEO reported the operating results for 2012. 2012 Net income for the bank was $1,792,000. Net income for 2011 was $2,087,000. This translates to a per share earning of $42.98 vs $49.56 for 2011.
The Bank’s 2012 total assets increased to $90,127,000; deposits increased to $78,377,000; and at year-end, the Bank’s capital was $10.60 million.
